We want you to love every corner of your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. If your new decor or furniture doesn't quite fit your space, we are here to help make the return process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
